Professional contact data
Rainmaker helps the organization identified in an outreach message contact people in a professional capacity. That organization determines the campaign purpose and lawful basis; Rainmaker operates the sourcing, verification, messaging, suppression, and rights-request systems on its behalf.
Data may include name, employer, professional title, work email, public LinkedIn URL, company and registry details, campaign activity, and reply or meeting outcomes. Sources are public company and professional pages, official business registries, licensed B2B data providers, connected customer systems, and information supplied directly by the recipient.
The purpose is relevant B2B outreach, deliverability and suppression, campaign measurement, security, and legal compliance. European campaigns must complete a documented local review before activation and use the sending organization's published notice for its specific lawful basis and controller contact.
Sharing, retention, and rights
Data is shared only with the sending organization and service providers needed for hosting, contact verification, email delivery, calendar, CRM, security, and support. The sending organization's published notice identifies applicable international-transfer safeguards and retention periods. Rainmaker's European market policy limits prospect data to 180 days unless a shorter period or an active legal obligation applies.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where applicable, and may complain to your supervisory authority. You may object to direct marketing at any time without giving a reason; Rainmaker then stops outreach and keeps only the minimum suppression record needed to honor that choice.
Suppression is stored as a one-way hash so the raw address cannot be reconstructed from the opt-out registry.
