By default, you approve each batch of sourced drafts before it sends; with Autopilot on, they send on their own inside your daily budget. Any draft with an unsourced claim stops in a review batch and waits for you. Every message then passes the final send checks: one-click unsubscribe, an opt-out re-check at send time, daily budgets and mailbox caps, and, for mail sent through Rainmaker's own sending service, an automatic pause on high bounce or complaint rates. Replies arrive in your inbox, classified by intent. Unsubscribes suppress globally. The Conversationalist drafts replies for actionable intents with real booking links. Booked meetings record a scheduled start and an accepted RSVP.
