One plan. Three honest numbers. No surprise line items.
$79/month for the agent with 500 contacted leads included. 5¢ per lead after that. $25 per qualified meeting, with the entire outcome fee capped at 20% of subscription charges.
Estimate your month
A meeting counts only after the prospect accepts it and its scheduled time has passed. Disputes are one click, and the outcome fee is capped at 20% of your subscription subtotal.
What we promise in writing
These are not marketing claims. They are the actual terms.
No card for the trial
The trial lasts 14 days. If no payment method is added by the end, the subscription stops instead of charging you.
Cancel in one click
Cancel from Billing without talking to sales. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period.
Meetings are disputable
If a counted meeting was junk, dispute it in one click - it is removed from the invoice, no questions asked in v1.
Outcome fees are capped
Qualified-meeting fees can never exceed 20% of the subscription subtotal. Your total is at most 1.20× that subtotal before tax or credits.
How the numbers compare
The calculator and your invoices use the same tested formula. Usage is recorded once with idempotency keys, so provider retries cannot duplicate a charge.
What the numbers mean.

How does Rainmaker pricing work?
Rainmaker has one plan: $79 per month base, which includes 500 contacted leads. If you contact more than 500 leads in a month, each additional contacted lead costs $0.05. Qualified meetings, defined as meetings booked, RSVP-accepted, and not cancelled, cost $25 each, capped at 20% of your total subscription charges in a given month.
What counts as a contacted lead?
A contacted lead is a prospect to whom at least one email has been sent through Rainmaker in the billing period. Leads in your research and approval queue who have not yet received an email do not count toward the 500 included contacts.
What is a qualified meeting?
A qualified meeting is a meeting booked through Rainmaker outreach that was RSVP-accepted by the prospect, was not cancelled before it started, and whose start time has passed. Rainmaker charges $25 per qualified meeting, capped at 20% of your total subscription charges that month.
Is the outcome fee capped?
Yes. The $25 per qualified meeting fee is capped at 20% of your subscription charges in any billing period. If the cap is reached, no further outcome fees accrue for that period.
Why charge per meeting at all?
Because it aligns Rainmaker's incentive with yours. If Rainmaker does not book you meetings, you pay the base and nothing more. The outcome fee exists because when it does book meetings, the product has delivered real value. The cap exists so you are never penalized for a good month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Rainmaker offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One-click cancel, no lock-in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
