Privacy notice

Who we are
This notice explains how Pyratz Labs SAS (“we”, the data controller) processes personal data when we reach out to business contacts using Rainmaker, our AI outbound-sales product.
- Controller: Pyratz Labs SAS
- Registered address: 34 rue Guy Môquet, 75017 Paris, France
- Privacy contact: privacy@pyratzlabs.com
What data we process
Business contact information only: full name, professional email address, job title, employer, and public professional profile (e.g. a company or LinkedIn URL). We do not seek special-category data, and we operate on a business-to-business basis — we do not run consumer marketing.
Where the data comes from
We obtain business contact data from professional data providers and public sources, including B2B contact providers (e.g. Apollo), email finding/verification services (e.g. Hunter, ZeroBounce), official public company registers (e.g. the French recherche-entreprises register), and publicly available web pages. Every factual claim we make about you or your company is tied to a verifiable source before any message is sent.
Why we process it, and the legal basis
We process this data to identify relevant business contacts and send occasional, relevant B2B outreach about our products. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in business development, balanced against your rights. You can object at any time (see “Your rights” below), and every message includes a one-click way to opt out.
How long we keep it
We retain business contact data only as long as needed for outreach and record-keeping, and no longer than our retention limits (up to 180 days for EU/UK contacts). If you opt out, we keep the minimum record required to honour that opt-out permanently and stop contacting you.
Who we share it with
We use vetted sub-processors solely to operate the service — data providers and verification services (above), a managed email sender, and cloud hosting/database infrastructure. We do not sell your personal data. Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (and UK GDPR) you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can exercise any of these, or opt out entirely, at no cost:
- Use the unsubscribe link in any message we send you, or
- Submit a request at our trust centre, or email privacy@pyratzlabs.com.
We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).
