A cold email usually fails on one sentence: a fact about the reader that turns out to be wrong. A funding round that did not happen, a role they left, a growth number nobody published. The reader cannot check your intent, but they can check that sentence, and once it is wrong the rest of the email stops counting.

How is the grader different from the full product?
