How to invite your team to Rainmaker

Bring a teammate into your workspace, pick what they can do, and let each person connect their own mailbox and LinkedIn account.

A Rainmaker workspace is shared: everyone in it sees the same campaigns, leads, inbox and meetings. Owners and admins can invite teammates; other roles see the member list only.

1. Open your account settings

In the sidebar, click Settings, then click Account. The page shows Your role and, below it, the Invite teammate section.

2. Enter their email and choose a role

Type your teammate's work Email and pick a Role:

  • Editor: campaign shaping, sourcing and drafting. Editors cannot approve drafts or send.
  • Admin: everything except workspace management, including approving, sending, billing and data export.

3. Send the invitation

Click Send invite. Your teammate gets an email with a link to Rainmaker's sign-in page, and the invitation appears in the list marked Pending, with the date it expires. Click Revoke to cancel an invitation that has not been accepted yet.

4. Let them connect their own channels

Once they have joined, each teammate connects their own mailbox, and their own LinkedIn account if they use it, from Settings. A campaign can then send from their mailbox: see how to connect your mailbox and LinkedIn.

5. Manage the team

The member list on the same page shows everyone in the workspace, their role and when they joined. An owner or admin can click Remove to take someone out of the workspace. Owners cannot be removed, and you cannot remove yourself.

The five roles at a glance

Rainmaker has five roles. Invitations offer Editor and Admin; the others are:

  • Owner: full access, including workspace management and bulk data export.
  • Approver: campaign work, approval decisions and sending.
  • Viewer: read-only access to the product.
